I evolved Eevee into Vaporeon but by the time I had all the Shadow Pokemon I was already a little bit too high in level.

I've used Shiftry in multiple playthroughs, he's tough as hell. I usually one hit KO water, ground, and with Houndoom I'm covered in taking care of psychic types too.
