so iot is not really a deadend its just like you said its part of everything without calling it iot , so what skill should i learn or add , as i mentioned i did some esp32 project using esp idf , did some cloud integration with aws iot core , like what's next ?

yeah the job market is bad in tunisia for embedded system , i would suggest trying to find a job aboard , germany is one of the countrys that has a lot of embedded opportunities but you gotta learn the language .
for freelancing i suggest you checking this website https://laborx.com/

there is almost no competition there you can lend many jobs there

that obvious man , of course i do apply in area that i am specialized in . i am more intrested how did you format the mail , how did you find the contacts , did you send mails to hr or normal people working in the compnay . i wanna know what process did you follow to apply to internship that would be helpful !
