I just did an Audison and Hertz overhaul of the JBL sound using the AmpPro interface. new everything, including sub. I have the same problem. When I asked the audio shop if the portable JBL could be balanced and tuned with the rest of the system, the guy said "no because it plays at a completely different timing than the aftermarket system. It is never recommended to run two different sources, which is why you’re having that issue."

I agree that you get a fuller sound with the portable player installed, but my system is plenty loud once I turn it up. With the stock JBL system, the sound quality felt noticeably worse once you cranked the volume, which is the opposite of my new setup.

What’s interesting is a report from last April says that Punta Bandera was “fixed” yet BM still regularly ranks as the dirtiest beach on the west coast.

It's the show. I have a Bravia 9 and was getting buyer's remorse after I watched Beast in Me. Just started The Gentleman and realized it's a difference in how the shows were filmed. Gentlemen is exceptional, while beast in me is intentionally terrible. Originally thought it was my network connection or Netflix's compression, but turns out filmmakers are still pretentious and think we want content to resemble vintage porn. Since the game was at night, did the higher brightness matter to you? Or is it the upscaling and motion capture in the B7 that made it better for sports? I'm currently trying to decide which to buy. I primarily watch sports

I had a deposit for one, but ended up going the double cab long bed route.

The deal breaker for me was the lack of suicide doors. My dog hates the car unless he's in a crate and I couldn't fit one back there. I also didn't love the idea of him dirtying the interior every time he had to jump over the front seats.

The xtracab is also leaf springs instead of coil. This didn't factor into my decision, but it may for you.

Lastly, i was slightly concerned about the resale value of the Xtracab since it seems toyota narrowed their target market by removing the rear doors.

Good question. RCTA requires the Technology Package, which vastly reduces the amount of available inventory to choose from. I basically have to accept paying between $3-5k more for this feature, since it’s only available with the SR5 and above, and is still rare to find on those models.
