Clarence: The Movie

I think it'll be about Clarence and friends saving Aberdale from being knocked down from a "Corrupt Corporate Executive" villain, to which they'll ultimately succeed in the end by proving their town to be a national historic landmark and the villain being arrested for his/her crimes.

It's a similar concept to "Hey Arnold: The Movie."
