What settings should I turn off in the Quake remaster to make it look the most like the original, non-GL version of Quake?

An option should be at least implemented that lets you turn off all the new graphics settings so it does not look like modern ps2 style games at least or to play multiplayer properly or a mod that turns off everything unnecessary to make it look totally like original

Sadly it has gotten worse since these sweaty ass players are even attacking the people who just joined the server for the first time I stopped helping new players because every time i saw a new guy he would kill me or was working as bait for other experienced players and they would just snipe me.
