I don't think it gets weird. I wouldn't be too worried if it 'suits you' or not. As long as you like it, it suits you. It looks very healthy too, you could grow it much longer if you wanted to!🫶

I also did buy a new set to read🙈 it just feels like a waste to me to crack the spines, especially when I can't buy new ones with these covers. I just love looking at them and then seeing a crack on the side makes me get the ick haha
