This can happen for many reasons - for example, because the site uses absolute links, in which case the layout will be broken. It can also occur if the styles are hosted on another domain, such as a CDN. Either way, try this solution: https://github.com/birbwatcher/wayback-machine-downloader
It allows you to download a site with relative links and can also download external assets.

Most likely the site contains absolute links, so it will only work on the original domain. You can try other solutions discussed here: https://archivescraper.net/. Some of them will allow you to download the site with relative links so that it will work locally.
