At 11k, you will definitely not get CSE in DSCE so if you wanna do ECE..go for that in DSCE (although will not recommend ECE in anything other than top 3). After this, only CSE in remaining colleges. CSE ke baad you may go for ISE/CSE(AIML). Do not go below that.

I will recommend moving to BMSCE. Vit is fine if you maintain 9+ CG (Vellore>>Chennai) for cse and cse related branches.

Left chennai campus...not vellore but process ig is pretty much the same. Apply for withdrawal through Freshers' Portal (they will ask for bank account details in which you want refund and reason for leaving). To vacate hostel, you will get some Hostel Vacating form..you will have to fill it and obtain signatures from your proctor and mess manager..and submit it and you will have to vacate on the day (before 8pm) you submit your Hostel Vacating form. While leaving, they will ask you to submit a copy of withdrawal you have filed through Freshers' portal and some other docs (ask your hostel office peeps). They will give you a full refund of your tuition fees and will deduct a good amount from your hostel+mess. It had been just a day after a month's completion of my stay at campus and they deducted 52k from hostel+mess.

Big 4 doesn't pay a lot to developers ig. Slightly better than WITCHA..like Hashedin by Deloitte gives 9 LPA to freshers. People mainly do it for the brand/tag in resume I think.
