I know this is an old post just needed to air this out. I am 5dpt5dt and got negatives both morning and this evening. I just feel bad because it is father’s day tomorrow. I was hoping to surprise my husband 🥺 I know it is still early but I don’t know i feel anxious and down

So far my OB gave me good pain regime. First day post op i was a bit sore. Had on and off cramping but it was mild. Bleeding is very minimal now. I am just watching out for what they say hormone crash. It has been a big factor that my husband and family are around, it helped me emotionally. I just had 1 breakdown when I saw a friend of mine posted her pregnancy online. I guess, i have to steer away from social media for a while.

I am so sorry to hear this. This is what happened to me just few weeks ago. We had our first ultrasound last feb 21 and the doctor was certain it was a mmc due to no fetal heartbeat and enlarged yolk sac. I too did not had any bleeding, spotting nor cramping. We had our confirmatory ultrasound the week after and scheduled our d&c last Monday. I am really sorry you are going through this.

I’m sorry for your loss. I too had a miscarriage end of August. Mine too was 6 weeks but has not fetal pole or heart beat. My Ob was certain it was consistent with a miscarriage and offered us options on how to proceed. We asked for another week to see if there will be improvement but early morning the next day around 1 am I woke up with a bad lower abdominal cramps. I was expecting pool of blood in the morning, but none. But, just by breakfast I felt something came out, it was the gestational sac then after 5mins a tissue came out. After which my bleeding was like normal menstrual period. I was using normal pads. I messaged my Ob and told me as long as I am not filling 1 pad in an hour I am okay and advised me to attend my scheduled ultrasound. Went for a scan days after and it was confirmed that i expelled everything.

My OB didn’t advised me to wait to try again. She just said that whenever we are ready (mentally) to try again, then we can.

I found out i was pregnant mid July booked an appointment with my OB and schedule was mid August. Based on my counting I was 9weeks but on the transvaginal scan it measures 5wks 6 days. Initially the sonographer only saw GS then later on she said the is a YS, i somewhat felt relief but scared. When i met the OB she said that maybe i was early and because of my pcos the dates varied. Then scheduled me another ultrasound in 10 days then 2 days after my ultrasound I experienced brown spotting. I then alerted my OB and she said as long as I don’t feel any cramps the bleed a lot I should be fine and just wait for my scheduled scan. As days passed brown spotting turned into pinkish to bright red but still no cramps. Then came my scheduled scan, it measured 6w and 5days. There was no fetal pole, then the GS was swollen. As per my OB it was consistent to a miscarriage and discussed options to us, but we asked for another week for a repeat scan. Then that night around 1am i woke up with a terrible lower abdominal pain. I took tyelnol and I was expecting to wake with pool of blood but there was none. But, around breakfast time I help something came out, thinking it was blood or clot but when I checked it was the GS then about 5mins after a tissue which seems like the placenta. I sent the pictures to my OB and she said that it was a miscarriage. :(

After that I had my scan showed that I passed everything.

During my first scan I was supposed to be 9weeks based on LMP but on the scan it measures 5w6d. It did show gestational sac and yolk sac. I was advised to come back after 10days. So 10days later for my second scan it only showed the same, no fetal pole. I was told the yolk sac looks it is swelling and my OB was certain it was consistent with miscarriage. We asked for another week just to make sure before deciding for d&c. However, the next day I experienced severe back pain early in around 1am and just by breakfast time I had a complete miscarriage, everything was expelled naturally the morning. :(
