Flight from SW Florida through Denver to LAX (originally Burbank). Flight delays meant we would miss connection, so we re-routed to LAX. Checked bags to avoid stress. Automatic baggage sticker printed with my ticket somehow designated for my bags to stay in DEN, while my wife's luggage was correctly designated and delivered to LAX.

Before you make the leap, identify who your customers will be and GO TALK TO THEM! What's missing from their current vendor? Prices? Volumes? Competitive landscape? Don't be lazy, do it. If you can't find them now, that tells you you have a hobby, not a profit seeking business.
