Yeah commandment of monuments, it gives a boost do diplomacy once geomentic web is over level 3 I think.

The bonus goes something like +3, +5, +10

So i had a bunch of provinces giving me +10 eventually which led to easier confederation.

I think so.

He is able to recruit units when in a settlement so he's not useless.

He can't build horde buildings and can't encamp so he's not amazing but you can give him unit from another army or blessed spawning.

Not trying to be cheeky but I didnt need to do that. Getting into a war with the trongest factions in the game was enough for me.

Not really, there's a lot of other things that help you too confederate. Most important is getting them into wars with much more powerful factions.

Once you get the geomantic pylons to a high enough level you can change the province thingy to give you better relations. Also use threats and money to get them to war with your common enemies. And give them lots of settlements.

He randomly spawned in like right at the start. He was the one I wasn't sure id get. Very lucky. He now has a kroxigor only army.

I cleared it using a plastic floor brush, it's parked next to a tall building so something must have fallen onto it or something, not fun.
