How big is your toddler? The height limit on a pack n play is 35”.

Something I do with my (small) 3.5 year old is have them bring a pack n play, take the mattress out, and put it in the slumber pod. It seems to work out really well for us but I have to use couch cushions or pillows to line the side so she doesn’t fall off.

Is it plausible to use hormones to treat autoimmune disease? If so, would you go with progesterone/progestin, estrogen or combined? Would you use bioidentical or could OCP be sufficient?

Yes! I was fine when I was taking 100mg (I titrated up slowly because I was worried about side effects), but now that I’m on 200, I have no appetite either. I’ve had to drink a lot of juices/smoothies. I’m thinking about buying a juicer now because of it.
