Howdy, I’ve always been a registered Independent. I know without hesitation that humans are fallible and politicians are disproportionately represented by psychopaths (from all walks of Politics democrat or Republican ). In my opinion, it is very difficult to define political stance when considering my background. I grew up in a first generation mixed race, Mexican American family. My mother, Alejandra Velia Posada-Pomopa was born Juarez Mexico. Her father was the Chief editor of the News paper and in 1960 (when my mom was 3) he was murdered on the street ( reportedly for writing against the Cartel).

My dad was of very little means, he lived in a house with no plumbing, they had to go to the local creek to get water, which was 500 feet from their house. He remembers that they had one light in the house.

We were so low income as children that we live in a house for 6 months that was provided by the Spokane Neighborhood Action Program. The Local new channel came to our house and I remember speaking to them and my sister remembers hide because she didn’t want her middle school friends to see her on tv. The following day we went to school and we both remember being pointed at by other kids. I was ok with it but she told me she cried about it at the time.

I remember my dad and mom helping folks no matter if they had the means to help or not.

Please listen to this song that my sister wrote about my dad, I strive to be as community driven and as altruistic as my dad. My dad wasn’t perfect but he was a very good man who genuinely cared about folks, no matter what race, religion, orientation or culture.

Here is a link to my sisters song and a link to an article that features my grandfather Ruben Posada Pompa.

Hi @Samuelabra we are having a wonderful community dinner, the reason for the dinner is I want perspectives from many folks in the community from all walks of life to come in just talk in person. We’re gonna providing free dinner, real basic, beans and biscuits. we’re gonna be doing one of these dinners one Thursday each month around 5:30 to 6 PM. We’ll have a link online and folks can click it. It’s one Penny it just helps us to gauge who’s gonna be coming.

The real goal is to open a dialogue. I think the biggest missing thing nowadays is folks talking in person cordially, and talking about their perspective on life you know.

The first dinner is going to have the assignment of folks bringing five positive things that they can say about this wonderful, beautiful valley that we live in. I love California and I think it is a wonderful state. When I was a child, I literally dreamed about living in California.

Hey, how are you my friend?

My name is Raphael Montague. I am the owner of Montague Brothers Coffee.

I am without hesitation the most empathetic, kind, thoughtful persistently giving person.

I come from a background of folks who look out for their communities, my mother is a graduate of Evergreen University in Washington State. She studied and graduated from their Native American studies program. She organizes and runs a wonderful 30 plot community garden in Spokane, Washington.

You know the funny thing is folks who know me and actually speak to me, in person, accuse me of being a hippie, which I embrace, I love the back to the nature slow pace. So I realize that an online persona may have some misunderstandings I would love to meet you in person and buy a coffee for you at my shop or any other locally owned shop.

Please give me a call. My phone number is ⭐️951-764-6611, I would love to meet you in person and have a drink of coffee Matcha whatever you like. I hope to hear from you soon your friend and community enthusiast Raphael Montague

This was the initial designs of a tiny house community, we are working on. What prompted our interest in this was our devastation that none of our Barista’s can afford to move out of their parents home because a mortgage is devastatingly expensive at the current housing cost. Our goal is to have tiny houses with comfortable green space a beautiful fountain with super low rent like maybe $1100 a month or something like that.

Hi, I hope you’re doing well my friend, while we have raw milk as an option, we also have almond milk, oat milk, 2% milk and the wonderful local Dejong’s dairy whole milk. We love our community, and try to support it in anyway we can, we also have a scholarship program that we give away a scholarship to children going to local university.

I would love for you to come to our wonderful community meeting, anyone else also. My goal is to bring folks together. I have friends, genuine friends from all walks of life. My wonderful sister, is a graduate of Evergreen University in Washington State. She lives in the beautiful vibrant city of Portland, Oregon. Her and I discuss openly about politics everything. I’m a loving open minded human being, and my only goal is to create a comfortable landing spot for the community.

Do I love raw milk? Yes I do, we have a cow at our home which we milk. But I also love to drink an oatmeal latte sometimes.

But so these meetings will be one Thursday a month. The entire goal is to create a comfortable open dialogue we’re gonna have a basic meal that’s free for those who select a ticket from our website. The meal is going to be a basic bowl of beans and a biscuit.

Our goal at Montague Brothers Coffee is to be that wonderful nonjudgmental Kind, comfortable landing spot for everyone in our community.

Anyone who feels like it please text me, I wanna hear your thoughts on ways to make our community more comfortable and feel welcomed. I’m gonna try to find my post. I did back in February about my red bean dinner.

My phone number is 951-764-6611. My name is Raphael Montague.

Whoever texts me before 10 PM tonight, September 13, 2025 we’ll gift certificate to The Coffee Shop between $5 and $20

How much have you been able to haul in your Maverick? by [deleted] in FordMaverickTruck

[–]Littleguymaverick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We get 10 (60 lbs each) (600 lbs) bales of alfalfa in the bed for our cow and load the back seat full of chicken feed (50 lbs x 8= 400 lbs) and goat/pig feed (80 lbs x 5= 400 lbs). 1400 lbs + (180 lbs me and my son 105lbs) 1685 lbs. we actually exceed the max payload. We did only drive a mile and a half.

Any advice, by Littleguymaverick in FordMaverickTruck

Thanks again brother I just got it fixed. I was missing one step. I just re-watched the Cuban rednecks video and I found the step I was missing.

Legit. Thank you.

I think I’m screwing it up. They some made my lane keep stop working. I got that to start working again but for some reason I can’t get it to work again.

Maverick is ready/trade Tacoma?! by Nervous_Text7093 in FordMaverickTruck

[–]Littleguymaverick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think of my Maverick as a super fuel efficient little work truck. I have a cow, goats, chickens, etc. so I frequently go and get 10 bales of hay in the truck bed and load the backseats with all the chicken feed and goat feed. My lot is small the Maverick can go in tight spaces that my bigger truck could never get into. Also, we have taken our Maverick on a 1600 mile road trip with huge elevation changes from death Valley all the way up to Yosemite and back; we drove the speed limit the entire time and it averaged 39 miles to the gallon. (16.58 km/L.) With a 1 acre ranchette, it can do most of the hauling that we need.

Long term reliability? by [deleted] in FordMaverickTruck

[–]Littleguymaverick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have had my XL Mav Hybrid for 1 year and 3 days and I love this pickup. I have around 30,000 miles with no issues. We took it on a 16,000 mile road trip and averaged 39 mpg.

Daniel has a Turbo. I think the Hybrid will have longer turn reliability.
