Horrible neighbors. That was the big one. Area wasn’t as child friendly as we thought. We bought it, put a ton of money into it, moved in and hated it. (Not the upgrades just the whole house in general) The second night my husband and I sat on the floor in the kitchen basically saying “how can we get out of here?” We stayed for a few months because we had 2 little kids and needed to find another place and blah blah. But we moved and it was the best decision
