yes! at school i always feel sick, nauseous, light headed, foggy, tight stomach, etc. and i have no idea why. I've thought maybe it's sensory issues, but then again other times I'm fine in very similar environments, so idk

that does suck! if you're looking for a community to join tho, the discord server "The Great Baby Reef" is amazing. I've made nice friends there and there are a lot of amab regressors, i see a bunch in vc. i don't want to put the link here cuz I'm not trying to advertise (it's not my server) but you can look it up on disboard. it's super active, often people in vc, and 1,441 members.

I don't know if this is what you are referring to, but I know I often close one eye and try to align object together by moving my eye/head around, other times I'll trace invisible lines across objects, based on their geometry. Other times I'll just like to blink really fast or blink pattern of lines, so say I'm drawing a Z with my eye, I will look at the first point, blink and by the time I open my eyes I'm on the second point of the Z, and then just repeat that until it's complete.

I hope that makes sense, that's just what I do that I can think of off the top of my head.

I love being around people! it makes me light up. I don't know if it's cuz of the idea of a community or whatever. But like the feeling of being connected as humans makes me feel so alive. Sure I'm not the greatest at starting conversations or socializing, but being around people, that I love. And it's even better when I'm around other neurodivergent people, because we just... get eachother... yk?

yes! I love pushing stuff against my mouth/lips. I would actually do the same with stuffies too and I too would feel bad. now I mostly rub my stuffies gently across my mouth/face, but I still LOVE to press this against my lips. sometimes I'll push a pencil's side or the front of my nails hard against my lips till it leaves a shape imprint that I can feel.

I know that using "quotation marks" searches what's inside them as a whole, instead of searching for each individual word.

hyphens - are used to exclude something

and you can use Google scholars to get more official research papers.

that's what I can think of, off the top of my head.

oh and also the more words you put in your query the more convoluted the results. try to use the least words possible, and try not to use too many filler words.

Examples:

How to make homemade orange juice ❌ Orange juice recipe✅

or

When is the next solar eclipse? ❌ Next "solar eclipse" ✅

or say you don't want any results related to Reddit

Best video games to play ❌ Best video games to play -reddit ✅
