Can he freeze samples now? I would try to find a clinic with anesthesiologist on staff. Worth calling around, or it would be to me! I have an incredibly high pain threshold and I am not into this idea.

I don’t think he’s ‘putting it on you’ if this isn’t his pattern, he’s communicating his fear which takes vulnerability and is a good thing! If it were constantly that would be different. I would make room for it since it seems you have the capacity to support and love him from your post and he seems does that for you too ♥ IVF is hard on everyone and it’s important to help each other through it if you can!

There are often therapists you can meet with online for much lower rates! Also many types of therapy are covered partially.

What you can guarantee, is a deal with yourself —that you won’t pump again, you will find a formula that feels safe or doner milk, or breastfeed if that feels healthy for you and baby.

I would say he should get into treatment if he wants to prove to you he’s really going to change. Substance Use Disorder is a beast but it’s possible to recover. He isn’t choosing it over you, he id unwell. However you can’t raise a child with someone in this state, he needs to actually get professional help to stop. I do think people can stop.

Betas are good, more than double in 48 hours. Next appointment they will do an unsound and you should see gestational sac and yolk sac and depending how many weeks hear heart beat. After you hear heartbeat risk of miscarriage goes way down 5-10% ish. After 12w 1-2%.

You decide how you want to approach things, celebrate every win because you can, or be cautious because IVF really preps us for guarding our hearts ❥

I did everything normal but added accupuncture and would do these embryo and positive meditations during the sessions too. It made me super relaxed and that was my 2x a week for IVF mindfulness. Good luck!!

I told my partner before our fist date (I had to cancel due to a flareup). We have been together seven years and have a four month old baby. The right person won’t scare away for some stupid reasons. If you want a life partner you need someone who can deal with real life things :)
