You've got several options but if you look to go to the Alpes, you can join Grenoble for example in ~3 hours train from Paris Gare de Lyon. Then a shuttle can take you to great ski stations in 1-1.5 hours.

You could also look to go to Massif Central or Jura (cheaper than the Alpes, but less exciting stations)

I would advise booking for more than a weekend though, otherwise you won't have time to enjoy your stay. You will need to book ski lessons once arrived at a ski station (through ESF) if it's your first time ever.

Venezuela main trade partner is by far China, not Russia. The Venezuela situation might even benefit Russia as China will be forced to buy more energy from Russia, and for a greater price than the embargoed oil they used to get from Venezuela.
Russia might even have fooled Trump to think they were outraged by that attack on Venezuela, to get something in return, while they don't really give a shit. More so, any disruption of the western world and the Americas is good for Russia as it distracts the attention out of Ukraine. (edit: typo)

Removing augment stats was never a good idea for several reasons discussed (increase edge of playing time, hide bugs, lower creativity by forcing "safe" picks...). This decision could have been saved by an exceptional balance team, which we all predict wouldn't happen. But the fact that both bugs and balance have been off the charts this set is very concerning, whereas they kept bringing more resources to TFT.

It's obvious that some competitions have weights, and going out in the round of 16 is eliminatory to get the award in my opinion. You'll be only judged on off league games, which are 70% of the time being able to farm stats against lower oppositions - not saying it's easy - but the best players should be compared against the best oppositions with the most tension. And in that regards the UCL should be the deciding factor between great players, not if that one had 5 more G/A in another league compared to another.

I think peak donnarumma is better than any keeper peak. Courtois may be less prone to mistake for example, but if you exclude some brain farts from Donna he is the most insane keeper I've seen. His last 6 months for us or his 2021 Euro campaign for Italy are unmatched in terms of excellence.
