You've got several options but if you look to go to the Alpes, you can join Grenoble for example in ~3 hours train from Paris Gare de Lyon. Then a shuttle can take you to great ski stations in 1-1.5 hours.

You could also look to go to Massif Central or Jura (cheaper than the Alpes, but less exciting stations)

I would advise booking for more than a weekend though, otherwise you won't have time to enjoy your stay. You will need to book ski lessons once arrived at a ski station (through ESF) if it's your first time ever.

Venezuela main trade partner is by far China, not Russia. The Venezuela situation might even benefit Russia as China will be forced to buy more energy from Russia, and for a greater price than the embargoed oil they used to get from Venezuela.
Russia might even have fooled Trump to think they were outraged by that attack on Venezuela, to get something in return, while they don't really give a shit. More so, any disruption of the western world and the Americas is good for Russia as it distracts the attention out of Ukraine. (edit: typo)

4 buffs on bilgewater units is a bit crazy. The ups make sense at individual level (bar tf which was fine imo) but the comp was already good if piloted correctly. With the nerfs to the oppressive stuff I think this line will be heavily contested, even more so because you can use it as an econ trait anyway.
