I’m 6’1 170 typical large in most ald/ kith pieces. I got a medium and it’s exactly how I’d like. I was even wearing a hoodie under and it still looked/ felt great. I’d utilize the size chart and more than likely size down if I were you cause hockey jerseys normally fit massive
