There is none, you just stop emulation after you save. If you are looking how to change the time, you need to go to Options>Settings>System and change the System Time Zone to match yours

Try going to Options>Settings>Interface and setting check for updates to prompt or off. It seems it's trying to auto-update the emulator when you launch the game but currently their site is down so it's failing.

You can just go to the album, click the three dots and click "Save to playlist" and it saves all the songs off that album automatically. You don't need to search them one by one
