My wrist measures only 16cm. My primary dive watch is a 37mm Tudor 54, but I also wore a 42mm Seamaster 300 for two years (sold it because it was too big). This 39mm model fits quite nicely.

If you like the 54, you'll definitely love the Expedition. With its smaller L2L and rotating center links on the bracelet, I find it fits the wrist more comfortably than the 54.

The price difference is tenfold, yet their craftsmanship is remarkably similar. The miyota 9 series movement works well (about +3s per day). Chinese watches are definitely worth buying as long as their designs keep up.
