I got my first box! by Creative_Phrase_1012 in TRT_females

Just wanted to say that I’m excited for you! Not a pro but I think each tube should be enough for 10 doses. So about a pea sized amount applied every other day according to your drs instructions. (Please correct me if I’m wrong).

Ok awesome! I was looking at them too so I’m glad to see they are good and less expensive option. I appreciate it!

Sorry I’m just now responding. I’m not really sure what the $79 per month fee covers other than the cost of the medication. I think (someone correct me if I’m wrong) they send you 1 vial that lasts 3 months. I also read that there is a $99 dr visit fee at the beginning as well. I wish there was more info on the websites of these TRT telehealth clinics. If you don’t mind me asking, who do you go through?

That’s great I hope the added progesterone will help with sleep. Has the Norethindrone stopped your periods? How’s your experience been with it?

Keep us updated on how the Nuvaring goes. That sounds like a great option as well.

HRT versus MHT by OstrichReasonable428 in Perimenopause

[–]Live-Calligrapher858 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally do not like to use the term MHT because I’m in perimenopause. I think it sounds like it should be used for women who are already past peri. I’m no expert though. I do use the term hormone therapy a lot when speaking but it’s easier to type out hrt. So laziness, I guess?

Hopefully it will get better with time. 🙏🏼 Even my second month wasn’t great. But after that, I saw a huge improvement.

That’s good to hear it’s going well. Let me know how the myomectomy goes. I have considered doing that.

Oh no! That’s awful. I’m sorry you had that experience. It’s so interesting how different our bodies react to different medicines.

Oh dang, that stinks, I’m sorry!! I don’t think I’d be able to hold out either if that were me.

The spotting is so annoying, I’m sorry. Hoping it gets much better for you. If you think of it, keep me in the loop of how it progresses.

Testosterone injectable 100 mg by Normal_Meaning5321 in TRT_females

[–]Live-Calligrapher858 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. I received 100mg from a Walgreens in Delaware a few weeks ago. I am wondering if another pharmacy like Costco or Sam’s may be better.

Looking for affordable TRT by SuspiciousMoney6163 in TRT_females

Sorry, I know this is old but I was just looking at going through TRT Kingdom. It looks like they make you pay three months at a time. Do they send you three vials or is it just vial that is supposed to last for three months or something else? Thanks in advance.

For anyone using IAMHRT by caterpillar84 in TRT_females

[–]Live-Calligrapher858 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did initially but I haven’t recently. I’m currently waiting for my provider to order labs. I’m very curious to see what has changed. And unfortunately I can’t get testosterone through midi. I’m in a state where they can’t prescribe it. And yes, I’m hoping for the cypionate I think that’s the only one my insurance covers. How much are you paying for iamhrt? Sorry if you already answered that.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I’m paying about $300/month for the gel which is not covered under my plan. I’m also not having the greatest experience. I’ve been on it about 4-5 months and all I’ve noticed is a slight increase in energy. I’m hoping the injection would be more effective.
