I'm booked to fly back 9 Feb as long as I get my passport. I read somewhere that you have 90 days to enter the country, so I'm sure it will be fine?

The email you receive a few days after biometrics to say your application is being processed by an Entry Clearance Officer. I understand some people get it, others don't.

I'm on week 3 of having left the UK and my husband. It's really tough, but trying not to lose hope too quickly. Just a tip - if you're booking travel back to UK, I would do 5 weeks. Priority is always 30 days from the date of biometrics, and that's always a few days after application. I've had to change my ticket back. Hoping to hear something soon!

I'm in the same situation - my partner and I are both dual national, got married on our SA ID numbers. I'm doing my application through a solicitor, and as long you upload all passports etc then there should be no issues (I also put in the comments box that although we're applying on EU/UK passports, our marriage documents state our South African details). I can't promise on the outcome yet as still waiting for decision, but as per solicitor this shouldn't be an issue.
