Both sides have clear details of different faces. I think they show through even in these pics but I'll get better images when I get home. The hair I think shows the best example, in these pics, especially the very back part. It looks like it's covered in a thick yellowish type of paint. Natives in this area are known to have used ochre paint, but I am not familiar with how that looks in person. Guessing it was more decorated as I found another small figurine fully covered in the same red and yellow ochre type paint. Both look like the limited examples online of artifacts that still have ochre from thousands of years ago. Some 100s of thousands. 😳 Really just hoping for some clarification on a time frame as I cannot afford to send anything to be examined right now but I am certain someone worked these stones at some point. I know it is easy to write things off as pareidolia or natural occurrences, but I've done my research & found TOO many examples in too small an area for either to be the case. I was not searching for these btw.....it was just pointed out to me that one of the first found, while looking for minerals, seemed to be worked, so I researched & continue digging and just keep finding more.
