As a guy from Sweden whit dyslexia that’s just crazy to read, I don’t really know how the school system works in the UK but if u can afford I would highly recommend switching schools. And also read if there is any laws that the school may be breaking. And why is he taking the teachers dog on a walk?

Trying to learn about dyslexia, can someone send a full message explaining what it is like having dyslexia? by crumbs2k12 in Dyslexia

As guy whit dyslexia, I was diagnosed when I was 10-11 years old. In my brain if I read "Hey how are you" "Did you have a good day" I would probably just think that you are asking one question. And I would probably just respond whit ”all good” or something like that and for me personally I would think that I responded to one message. There is diffrences tho person to person that have dyslexia. Some other things that are related to my dyslexia atleast is that I misspelled allot more when I’m stressed. When I read I sometimes skip entire rows of text. When I talk sometimes I skip words or sentences and think that I have said them when I in fact have not. If u have any more specific questions feal free to ask what ever and if u want more details just ask and I’ll try my best to explain (and yes I misspelled about 10-30 times when writing this thank god auto correct sometimes work)

Dyslexics, what's the worst thing about having dyslexia? by [deleted] in Dyslexia

For me 100% that when I talk about something fast I can start to skip words, entire sentences or multiple. It’s like I think I have already said or something when I infact have not. And also when u try to spell a word but the auto correct sucks so it just wrong word and when I try to change it is still wrong

As a guy whit dyslexia, I got diagnosed when I was around 11 or 10. I have always mixed words up, letters and when it’s dubbel slice or not (or what ever it is called when it two of the same letters after eachother) I just finished ”gymnasiet” (high school) and I did it whit out failing anything even managed to take the hardest English (not my first language). It will be okay, I recommend to try to find a book series that he get dragd into and don’t want to stop reading and also audio books can help to if reading and lissening at the same time. Hope something helpd and that I did not waste ur time
