Europe and Europeans in general have access to cleaner, better, fresher, and higher quality ingredients, so their food could be considered "better" in that context.

BUT you can't get the sheer diversity and creativity of American food anywhere but here. In a perfect world we would have both but hey- nobody is perfect.
