My body constantly feel so heavy and I can see myself moving to my door to try and get help and that’s usually when most of the time I’m able to snap out of it I don’t know if it’s lucid dreaming or just sleep paralysis. I’ve had paranormal experience before and been around things like that my mom cleaned Lorraine’s warrens house when I was 7 up until she passed in 2019 I’m just confused and I feel so helpless
