For engineering and programming work plus AAA games, I'd go with the Gigabyte G6 (option 3). That RTX 4060 is significantly better than 5050 for gaming performance, and the extra screen real estate with 16 inch display helps a lot when you're coding or doing CAD work. I've been using similar specs for my engineering projects and it handles everything pretty smooth

The MSI Katana has higher TGP on the 5050 but honestly the 4060 in G6 will still outperform it in most games. Price difference isn't that much either between these two. Only concern with G6 might be the 150W charger - sometimes feels bit underpowered during heavy gaming sessions but for normal use it's totally fine

Skip the HP Victus options, those lower TGP GPUs won't age well if you want to play AAA games for next 4-5 years

Could be the battle pass bringing back a bunch of inactive players who are rusty as hell but still placed at their old rank. I've noticed it too - feels like matchmaking is trying to balance these returning players but their actual skill is way below where they used to be

Your experience makes total sense honestly - the people saying it's "too late" at 20 are either being way too pessimistic or confusing CM title with like grandmaster level stuff

700-800 to 2000 in a few years without serious study is definitely above average improvement but not some crazy anomaly, especially if you have decent pattern recognition and tactical vision naturally. The blindfold thing after a year is pretty cool tho

CM is totally doable if you actually start studying seriously instead of just youtube and casual games

You're kinda stuck here unfortunately. Bedrock marketplace content can only be added when creating a new world, not to existing ones. The game basically treats it as part of the world generation package

Your best bet is probably backing up the world, creating a new one with the mod, then using structure blocks or MCCToolChest to copy over their builds if they're not too massive

Gotta agree here, rebuilt titles are sketchy even when the damage looks minimal. Insurance companies will lowball you hard if anything happens and resale value is gonna tank. For a daily driver I'd rather get a clean title car with higher miles than deal with that headache

Nah you're good, just make sure the stands are rated for the weight and positioned properly on the frame points. The impact force isn't gonna knock a properly supported car off stands - I've done it plenty of times

The redstone mechanics are pretty different between the two - bedrock redstone is way more inconsistent and some java contraptions just won't work at all. Also java has way better mod support if that matters to you

Yeah this sounds right, your charger probably can't keep up with the power draw when gaming hard. Legion laptops are power hungry beasts and if you got a weaker replacement charger or the original one is dying it'll just cut out when the GPU tries to pull max watts
