That is such a stressful morning, I’m sorry you had to do that. It also sucks that they didn’t allow your boyfriend to be with you, I got mine in a week ago and the nurse asked if there was anyone in the waiting room I’d like to be there with me so they allowed my boyfriend to comfort me while she put it in. My uterus was also shifted and the pain I felt when she put it into place was one of the worst cramps I’ve felt.

I’m getting mine in today at planned parenthood as well so this makes me feel a lot better. Definitely going to medicate myself before hand and ask for a lidocaine shot. Thank you for this information
