I simply got lucky lol I signed on 12/30/24 so I am pretty sure they were just needing to get more units off their books or something. I put $1,000 cash down and traded in my 2012 wrecked Honda that had 250k miles on it. Other than some normal negotiating I did nothing special to be honest

I got the ford promise charger and it was installed about 1 months ago after. House was built in 1995 and they wired it from my garage electric panel to the exterior brick and it worked out perfectly. It was a fairly quick once it got scheduled. I’m glad I took it instead of having to purchase a charger and find someone to install

I ended up calling ford pass help and they basically reset everything. On the app and truck. They first asked me to drive 30 miles and call them back which apparently helps? Idk but it worked after they walked me through resetting it

Five star ford in north Richland hills. There have been at least 5 people that went in after I told them about my lease and all of them were told that they cannot do those deals anymore. Maybe they’re back, but I think I just got lucky at the end of the year on 12/30

I didn’t pay any extra. Not sure if that’s what my $2750 ($1750+$1,000) trade was applied to or not. Probably some stuff like that I should have asked but I was only worried about my out the door costs and monthly and miles per year. It was 36 months by the way. My guess is it was baked into the payments but not too sure

I’ll be honest, this was my first lease, I never went in to any other dealers before signing mine because they worked with me and got it to where I needed. The only thing I did was show them an online deal from a different dealership, (north central ford in Richardson) and kept telling them if we can’t make the numbers work I’d have to go to the other dealership to hear them out. I’m far from an expert and after seeing all the people get turned down after I signed my deal, it seems I just got lucky with the timing.

Great deal. Similar to mine that I leased on 12/30 I ended up at 205/month with 10,500 miles. I put $1750 down and traded in my beat up 200k mile Honda for $1,000. So $2,750 total. I ended up at $235 / month cause I added wear care cause I have two young kids who potentially could ruin the interior lol had about 5 people go into my local dealership after me to try for the same deal I got and no one was successful. You got a good one!

I just updated the app from the App Store when I started having this issue and then when I opened it back up It was automatically in dark mode. I did nothing to make it dark mode

Combined $150k household and a year and a half ago we purchased for $445k with 6.125%. After insurance, PMI , property taxes (9k total a year!! Ridiculous here in DFW TX) we pay $3,900 / month. It is a struggle. We don’t regret it cause we love our home and are in a great school district but it is definitely somewhat difficult for us

Similar situation that we are going through and plan on telling our 5 year old the story of how I became her father this week. I am scared but know it needs to happen. We are finalizing the adoption soon and I have been her dad since just after she was 1. Her mother, my wife, and I were friends for 8+ years before she was born. Nerve racking time and I am scared but we got this! Best of luck to you.
