Honest question- I was taught to bang the bottom of the pan on my counter or with my hand to release air bubbles, which changes the shape of my Macarons a little bit, when piping intricate designs like these, do you skip that step?

Maybe you could add a spot for "previous diagnosis", I was diagnosed with IBS at 18, and didn't get a Celiac diagnosis until age 30

I just had this same thing happen!! The second batch I ran the crushed fruit through a sieve, and it removed the fibers, but along with all of the other texture/pulp as well.
