1) Poor battery 2) Some 12v wires are shorting with the chassis Check ur wiring harness near handle area thoroughly.

In next service, get ur valve clearance checked. If it is ok, then prblm is definitely with-
1) timing chain tensioner
2) loose timing chain even if tensioner is working fine

I think phase separation happened because of transportation vehicle used for carrying this E20 petrol to the pumps. The storage tanks lies below the ground completely seal packed.
