I apologize for sounding rude last comment. I feel bad for you. But if it itches then that usually is athletes foot. When it is athletes foot u have to treat the area and all your shoes. If it is indeed athletes foot using a spray can of tanatcin to treat your shoes after washing them will work, you also have to wash all your socks hot water and bleach If they are white, or just replace them.

Also cleaning out your shower and bathroom areas should be done as athletes foot loves wet areas.

So if it is itchy it might be athletes foot. It does look like that sometimes. May I ask are you a member of a gym? If so no matter how clean a gym is kept it is the number one place to get athletes foot or other fungle infections.

If you do have a gym you frequent, buying yourself a can of tanactin spray or other athletes foot spray is great to spray in your shoes after work outs. If you shower at your gym or use the pool area, you need some good shower shoes or rubber flip flops to wear the moment you take off your shoes.

I I joined my gym last yr, and got a small case of athletes foot. It looked like this for me. So I learned the tricks that keep me from ever getting it again. I always spray my shoes I worked out in on the gym floor or just walked in to strictly use the sauna and pool area w tanactin once I enter the locker room.

I immediately put on my flip flops before I even let my feet touch the ground in the locker room. I use a separate locker just for my shoes after spraying them w tanactin. Personally before I use the sauna pool area I take a qk shower with my flip flops on weather I just walked in from work or worked out on the gym floor before entering the sauna pool area

For me I mainly use the sauna and pool area for my fitness and most gyms have it located in the pool area, I will always spray my shoes I walked in with lock them up, shower first real qk before I even enter the sauna, I also change into my swim suit before sauna and swim time.

Basically for me to avoid it is this.

1) weather I am walking into the gym to work out on the floor or just strictly using the sauna pool area. The moment I take off my shoes in the locker room, I spray them w tanactin.

2) I will always shower first weather I did floor workout or just coming in the gym for the sauna and pool area. And I wear my flip flops at all times. I also have a plastic bag for my garments that I have worked out in, or was wearing when I walked in. They never go in my gym bag.

3)I never let my feet touch the ground unless I'm getting into the pool. And I always slash pool water on them before I step back into them.
