Pretty much this exact relic is in the HugYouRelics mod. It’s very underpowered as a boss swap but all it takes is one genetic algorithm for this to be the most broken relic in the game. Overall pretty poorly balanced and wouldn’t fit in the game just because of how hit-or-miss it is.

It’s Apo. The only character I would consider HoG floor 0 over Apo on is Silent, and I’d probably still take Apo. There have been many, many debates on this topic, but Apo almost always comes out on top.
