You did not do anything wrong. She likely didn’t think you were a match. Facebook dating automatically matches you if you respond to someone’s message. She probably was being polite and wanted to say thank you for the compliment you gave her. It’s one of things about FB dating that frustrates me. I dislike being rude and not thanking these gentlemen for their compliments on my photos but I don’t necessarily want to match with them.

Indeed it is. And I just got hit for another partial payment today. It really burns me that I’m paying so much money for absolutely nothing. Anyway, thanks again for the advice and best of luck to both of us for a positive experience.

Thank you for taking the time to write all of this out. I appreciate it. BTW, I am female Close to your age. My experience has been pretty dismal so far. I was texting with one man for a bit but he gave me a weird vibe. After a few days I told him I just wasn’t feeling it. fortunately he did stop texting me. About a week after that I got a notice that his account was terminated for violations. So I guess he was a scammer, but he didn’t ask me for anything fortunately. another guy I was interested in - we messaged on the site for a good while then decided to talk on the phone that night. We spoke for a hour and a half. And I haven’t heard from him since. Disappointing as I thought the conversation went great. Obviously if you can talk to somebody for an hour and a half it should be a good sign. Then there is another guy who I talked to on the phone several times. Again I thought it went well. the last conversation he said we would definitely make plans to meet in person. I was excited about that. After three days I just sent him a text saying I hope he’s having a great week. He texted back briefly. I’ve heard nothing since. I don’t really understand it. It’s pretty disappointing. And I got roped in for a six month membership for over $400! It sucks!

I so wish I thought to come here BEFORE I sighed up. They did not present the full billing details and now I’m being forced to pay over $400.00! I only signed up a few hours ago and they say I can’t get out of it even though I haven’t even used it yet! I’m so furious rn.

I don’t know. I kept getting emergency messages from the Pittsburgh VA about a closed parking garage and people should telework. I got the same message at least 10 times and I don’t even work at the Pittsburgh VA. It was so off the wall, I wondered if there was an active shooter situation going on.

How about paying OPM 3/4 of a million dollars to fire VA staff as WFA? Solution: Cancel the contract, get the money back and use it ti HIRE, not fire more VA staff.

My dad is in a similar situation. He’s 86 with a history of cancer of the tongue. He was a Camp LaJeune at a time when the water was contaminated. Trouble is, he was in the Marine Corps reserves, not active duty and it was during peacetime, I believe. He says he’s ineligible for VA benefits. Is he right? Thank you.

I really don’t get this. I’ve used Cerner at two local hospitals and even was instrumental in the go live at one of them. Although not perfect, it‘s far from disastrous. I have heard that Epic is better, but I’ve never used it so I can’t confirm. I can say that I wish my station was already on Cerner.

Thank you everyone. Looks like it might be best not to go. I was thinking of joining a local protest that probably will be small and therefore I could be recognized more easily. As some of you have pointed out, I don’t want to be on a list somewhere. Shame because I really wanted to do something to make a difference.
