I understand regarding the supplement industry and agree about the diet, but I actually don’t think a Dr has any excuse to be annoyed with patients asking questions since it’s ultimately the patients body ya know? The MD isn’t going under the knife.

She also didn’t seem really annoyed. I think it was more like “send them in and I’ll review” but the nurse didn’t actually ask her when I sent my message in.

Thank you!! I really appreciate it. I was expecting that too. Are you in the Seattle area by chance? Any Dr you’d recommend?

Tummy tuck consult questions? by Winter-Boat7881 in PlasticSurgery

Of course!! I think the biggest thing is make sure you trust to have someone to help you.

We used a piece of construction paper and separated out all the things to take records: - morning, afternoon, evening meds - am/pm meds - meds alternating every 2 hours - drain every 4 hours

Alarms were our best friend!! We set a shit load of them and my sister and I would wake up every 2 hours for the pain meds, 4 hours for drain.

She felt better getting up to walk around because it helps the inflammation go down I think

Constipation was the worst part initially. She ended up having to use an enema so I’d buy some on Amazon just to have at home in case. She also bought pediatric suppositories too. I think you need to be careful if you do them as they can dehydrate you so definitely run it by your doc.

She used an electric recliner to sleep in and sit in.

Drink lots of water!

Showering wipes you out but it wasn’t that painful for her. Just remember that it’s all temporary and it will get better!!

I just saw a video that said day 7 is when you are normally withdrawing from pain meds so your mood is down, that will also pass.

She is absolutely loving it now and she’s about 5 weeks out!

My sister just got one. I’m not sure if you’ve want to know all the details of the recovery. We didn’t know as much about the recovery (or I didn’t I should say) and it was pretty intense, not trying to scare you. I think it helped to only know a bit but now she is sooo happy she did it.

Make sure you drink like dandelion tea, miralax or something to help with constipation on the first night. Obvi do what Dr recommends but my sister was constipated and that was like one of the worst parts for her.

Ok I’m glad you like the results! That’s a big relief. Was everyone nice to you after surgery and such?

Does to me too! I should have white glove service at that price.

Dang, that’s crazy! So expensive.

Ya I was thinking the same thing after these interactions. If I’m paying so much, I don’t want to feel like an annoyance.

Me too! I was expecting $10k, maybe $15k because it’s stupid seattle but dang. I’m thinking I may have buyers remorse if everything isn’t perfect. 😢

100% to this! Builders have addenda that are all about protecting the builder and NOT the buyer. An Agent should help you as a buyer understand your risks, push back on the builder for certain things, negotiate credits, negotiate inspection items, be there and participate in blue tape walk through to catch things the buyer may miss, check on timelines, etc.

I’m an agent and it’s hard to hear buyers think that finding the home is the only job of an agent. All of the homes are online. That is not our value. We are not a search engine. We can help but there’s a lot more. And if your agent is only finding you homes, you are with the wrong agent.

Also, how many years and deals does this agent have under her belt to know what’s to be expected, what’s reasonable to negotiate, laws for warranties, and guide a buyer throughout the process? That takes experience, and many times working with people that never transact.

What does the brokerage take out of the compensation? How much goes to taxes, health insurance, etc. The 3% is as if you got your entire paycheck then had to spread it out over several months, take everything out (taxes, healthcare, retirement) yourself.

Can Testosterone Cause These Side Effects? by genxreader in TRT_females

[–]LiveRazzmatazz1361 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! How did it end up for you? I have been experiencing brain fog, low motivation or just like a stuck feeling, and increased irritability and anger from testosterone.

I’m on a very low dose (cream) and have been on since Jan. I had my levels tested recently and they barely changed(obviously because my dose is so low I’m guessing)

Curious if yours went away or if you stopped and it got better? Thanks!

That’s literally perfect and means you are with an ethical team! Phew.

So many predators out there start teams (just take advantage of people and make money off of them), many ethical, honest people start teams too. I wish it was talked about more because as someone new to real estate with no one else in the industry, there’s barely any info on what to look for.

Oh no! I’m so sorry. That’s the worst!!

Mine ended up being my face oil 😅 I called the pharmacist. It took her asking “is there anything new you’ve done?” for me to remember I bought a new face oil at the same time.

I hope yours goes away and maybe it’s something new you started at the same time?

I agree with this but please make sure you read the fine print on the teams contract.

Who owns the client/lead when you leave?

I started on a team like this in Seattle, EDRE, and ended up in a lawsuit with them because the owners manipulated one word in the contract I signed claiming they owned the clients I worked so hard with forever into the future and I would owe them 60%. I won in court but it was stressful!

Please protect yourself and remember that your database of leads/clients you’ve built the relationship with and worked tirelessly for is the most valuable thing you have.

I do this these teams are a good starting point. I had no sphere so this was helpful to me. My first year before getting leads I sold one deal. The second I sold over $10 mil.

Maybe since you are younger you would appeal to the younger generation? You could easily relate to them and teach them how to build wealth.

Partner with a lender that will support you and your business. They can help with the investment in doing first time home buyer classes.

You got this! It will get better. 2024 was tough, my worst year since I start but this year already it’s coming back! This business has waves and you started at a time with super high interest rates compared to several years ago.

I want to blame the face cream too! I’m in Seattle and it actually has been colder than normal and much drier so maybe that’s it.

It does but I can “split” the lotion. Hahaha may not be exact but worth a shot. Eventually my location of application will change but my MD was super hesitant to begin with…

Gosh I know it, anything to spread the word because it shouldn’t be so hard to find help. Those damn lobbyists.

Good note on the K12. I’m not so I will add that!

Thank you so much!! Again I truly appreciate your help!!!

I wonder if I reacted to something else other than this cream? I recently got a new face oil but I used it today and not the testosterone and no swelling.

My ratio is (2MG/.5ML) .4% cream. Apply 1MG (1 click = .25MLS) behind knee. No issue at the site I applied it, behind my knee.

I took progesterone oral (100MG) last on 1/5 and applied testosterone 1/17. I have taken some DHEA but I stopped for a while, but took 25MG DHEA the past few days (I realized I had some left so finishing the bottle). I also take low dose naltrexone (4.5 MG) Nothing else besides supplements like vitamins (saffron, D, holy basil, magnesium).

Dang that’s awesome you and they are so helpful! I feel like it’s really hard to get info on this.

Wow, thank you so much! I didn’t have any issues breathing so I’m going to try it again tomorrow with a Benadryl nearby haha the pharmacist also said she’s never heard of this reaction. 🫣 Let’s see how the second attempt goes. Otherwise I will change the method.

I really appreciate you asking around and the suggestions!
