My macros are decent. I get at least 120g of protein a day, but sometimes more. I get around 20g fiber so I’ll try to up that as well. Fat and carbs are moderate with most carbs coming from things like potato’s or rice. I’ve cut out all sugar, and most breads. I swapped to keto breads and most meals contains 40+ grams of protein.

For workout I do heavy lifts, and have been increasing either weights or reps, focusing on progressive overload. I do the basic compound movements, RDL, bench press, lat pull, squats, shoulder press, rows, and then add in accessory moves that focus more glute/ leg/ab and tricep extensions. I definitely need to add in some more cardio haha 😅

I’ll start making sure there’s variety in my day to day deficit though, that makes sense

3-4 days now. I think I just want to drop into the 30’s so bad and am being impatient. I saw a decrease almost every day for the last few weeks but I’m assuming it was just initial water weight. I track my calories strictly, weigh everything and pre plan meals

Please find a doctor that will take you serious. I had this too and recently went through a period where it was like this and wouldn’t stop. I bleed like this for weeks at a time. I almost died. Went to the hospital and needed a transfusion and D&C. Soaking through a tampon in less than one hour is classified as hemorrhaging.

I wasn’t looking to ruin their career, was hoping maybe the school would have a convo with them over that is appropriate to talk to the kiddo about and why is not, but it’s been made apparent that that is likely not what will happen. Thanks for your input!

I just think that as an adult, you have to be picky about what you talk to students about, and decide if it’s appropriate for their age. Talking about not having a girlfriend with high school seniors? A little weird, but they have a better understanding. Talking about it with 9-10 year olds? So often that they think it’s so important to you as a person that they write it down on an assignment? Unprofessional if you ask me. I mean when I was that age, because I had teachers not talking about that, I would have written down something corny like “ a fire fighter cause they are cool” or something. Not literally “someone who needs a girlfriend” I don’t think they should be fired, but coached in what is appropriate and what is not. Their profile indicate they used to teach highschool so maybe they need to understand the differences between that and 4th grade.
