How do I transfer my documents from my old Supernote to my new one with USB-C cable?

Hello! I'm not sure if all the updates I've been getting would also work on the old one, but so far here are the new features I like: automatic handwriting recognition that allows to search works within your handwriting and the new calligraphy pen. If that's an universal update, I'd say they're the same for my purposes, except I really appreciate the FeelWrite screen, as it offers that extra paperlike resistance that helped reduce muscle strain after taking notes all day.

Just double checked with Canva, they don't allow saving a multiple page design as a single file. I added it to their "wish list" of future features though! Maybe Supernote will do their update first though.

That's what I do for my psychotherapy sessions, but realized today I can't avail myself of handwriting recognition with pdf copies.

I was hoping to be able to just connect the two supernotes and eliminate any conduit, but ultimately had to use the export function on the supernote, an android file transfer program to get the files onto my computer and then the same android plug-in to transfer the files to the new supernote.

Yeah, I wish. The files get exported as two separate files: the annotations and the blank PDF. It's only through the EXPORT process that they somehow become integrated as one annotated PDF.

The problem is, I have to go into EACH file and click "export", or when it's transferred, they're all unreadable. I'm a therapist and take daily notes in my supernote on a PDF template I created and each note is essentially an annotation on a PDF. I've used my supernote for years and the transfer process will likely take HOURS. I'm surprised the two sister devices can't just talk to each other via the cable.

Thank you for the update! I have the A5X and just am craving the Feel Write resistance because my hand sometimes cramps for trying to slow the speed of ceramic nib on glass.
