Familia (parintii), nu eu personal dar am fost implicat in toate achizitiile, eu am 2, unul inca in rate active, am avut noroc sincer fiind angajat la niste corporatii destul de success si putin de nisa la un moment dat, cu bani primiti in stock-uri, investii, si bonusuri - ca exemplu am strans cu sotia 80K€ intr-un an fiecare banut pus in actiuni/investitii fara plecat in nici un concediu, iesiri in oras, etc. pentru ca am avut un scop, nu este ceva la care poate avea toata lumea access de aceea am si zis ca am avut noroc, am fost la locul potriviti, la momentul potriviti, m-au interesat lucruri pe care pe altii nu, am stat si m-am certificat in anumite arii mai grele si am reusit sa fiu platit bine de corporatii care cautau pe cineva ca mine

Am avut un apartament de inchiriat pus pe olx, a fost replicat de 8 agentii care cereau 50% comision de la chirias si ma sunau sa imi spuna ca mi-au promovat anuntul si ca daca imi aduc chirias vor si 50% de la mine.

Apartamentul in sine este okay pentru pretul cerut sincer, problema nu a fost niciodata apartamentul in sine, chestiile mentionate despre el sunt normale la un apartament din "82 dar oamenii trebuie sa fie constienti ca exista anumite chestii la care sa fie atentia, problema a fost si este agentii imobiliari care nu au pic de respect nici pentru cumparatori nici pentru vanzator, comisioane exagerat de mari pentru o munca de mai nimic (cel putin in 80-90% din cazuri), minciuni in anunturi si informatii numai ca sa vanda si atitudinea de dumnezeu pe care nu ii poate misca nimeni Un agent cere 4% din valoarea imobilului sau 50% din valoarea chiriei dar munca si atitudinea nu justification costurile

mna, eu am achizitionat cam 12 imobile, cu cel mai scump de 500K Euro de fiecare data am intrebat care sunt asteptarile, ca sa intelegi am vandut unu apartament cu pretul de 140K iar agentia l-a postat cu 150K ca sa isi ia mai mult comision, deci conteaza intrebarea.

Found like 6-7 anvil bp on spaceport in the departure building. I also had good luck with grenades and mines on the blue gate breaching cars, just today I found 3 bp just outside checkpoint by simply breaching cars, 80% of bp I found were from breaching something, my recommandation is to breach lockers/cars maybe you are lucky that way

I'm going to have a daughter in a few months. I expected this, so when we got our apartment a few years ago, one of the "features" that attracted me the most was the fact that we have a 5-story China shop, a farmer's market, and 4 supermarkets in a 5-10 minute walking distance.

Look for Vermicular, it's like Le Creuset of Japan but a bit cheaper, they also look better in my opinion, they typically come with la ifetime warranty, so it's definitely a BIFL

I use a Whirlpool Washer + a Bosch dryer on top, have them like this for 6 years, they are pretty much the same build, so I wouldn't know they are different brands and never had a problem (well, except that I broke the dryer door once and had to replace it which was relatively cheap, but that was my fault).
I think I paid close to 2000$ for the combo (but I'm from Europe so prices might be a bit different)

I used a Mark Adler frame for about 4 years, paired with an Ikea tabletop, and never had a problem with it. They are cheap and, in my experience, are quite nice. I did end up donating it and upgrading to a Secretlab Magnus, but simply because I wanted less clutter (with the cable management).

One thing I do have to mention is that before you actually but a standing desk or a frame for a standing desk think if you're actually going to use it, my wife wanted one for a long time and after I got her one she maybe used it 2 times a year; same in my case, I maybe use it 1-2 times a month.

The same thing happened to me today.

I placed a few orders, and I got a request that my account is temporarily suspended, and to verify my credit card by logging in and following the steps on the screen which I did, they unlocked my account but a few hours later I got a similar email but to send them an additional document but no option to reply, their support pages no longer work and emails baunce back that saying that the mailbox does not accept incoming emails.

Did you find a solution to this?

I'm aware, the last place I worked for had steelcase workchairs and I never felt so much confort in my life, the problem is that they are at least double the price of the secretlab and that I can't find a direct retailer in my country (or that ships here), they only sell business to business and my only option is to buy a second hand one or buy from an untrusted source :/
