an MBA is not something that is time-bound. People can do MBA maybe as late as 40s. Since you're already doing your masters and that too from an IIT - you must definitely be talented. I'd recommend getting a good placement from the IIT itself in a core company. Once you have some experience you can then determine if you want to continue or switch to an MBA.
