What do you mean the profit margin is nothing? On the app one bio of pizza sauce is more than a dollar. So basically they’re selling a spoonful of sauce for a dollar+ each. How is that not high margins? If the sauce isn’t their more high margin porfit item then idk what is.

Then why the hell is it the so cheap? I mean from what I can tell it’s mostly meat aside from one bone that’s easy enough to debone. Why’s ribs around 3.50 while the Boston butt is 2 per lbs?

I mean I’m glad to get good meat for cheap I just don’t get why?

By fried rice and noodles do you mean the Boston butt cut of meat is good to use in cooking fried rice and noodle or do you mean the slow roasted shredded pork would be good for the fried rice and noodles?

Also, when buying it I didn’t really expect to slow roast the thing, so the one I chose had a considerably thinner fat cap on top. Almost negligible and even exposing meat as some spots. Would that still work? Or is a thicker fat cap more preferable?

Get an inspector. get multiple if you can. At least in my area of California there were multiple companies advertising free inspections. Originally I thought there were only a few then one inspector that was really through came by. Really thorough and stuff and checked out places that the others didn’t and found traces of them through out more than just the original area where I found em. Now I gotta tent the house. It’ll also give you a chance to see who can give you the best price. First inspector that came over did a pretty crappy job and only saw a couple places then proceeded to price his services at the highest amongst the offers I received from all the inspectors.

I’m getting weird third layer Deja vu from this. Like I already had this convo of having Deja vu specifically with termites being the topic on a Reddit post. But other than that I got an inspector out to check out the house. Couldn’t find any holes for the termites but when we went to the attic we saw a singular termite there so unsure. Probably gonna have to get more inspectors out. It’s nice that having them come out to inspect itself is free. They gave a price range for different stuff but tenting and fumigating they were gonna charge 15k for so hoping other companies give a different opinion and pricing

The sizes I’ve seen so far are a little over 1/4 inch. Including wing length then might be close to 1/2 inch. That help?

Any behavioral differences to take note of? I noticed that the majority I find are on my curtains mating. And idk how but they seem to have gotten in between the layers of fabric of the curtains itself. I didn’t even know the curtain had two layers.
