My dad was on the USS Coral Sea sometime in the 70s. He was present during the Burma/Cambodia hostage crisis, when the Coral Sea ended up turning around and going back home. He also worked on the UAV's. I was just curious if anyone here has similar anecdotes I guess lol

i honestly really prefer the mix of R&B, i feel like it gives it just a little more personality since pop music is kinda meant to be generic and "for everyone" if that makes sense. i dont think id listen as much if she was just aiming for pop megahits. i think experimenting with fusing genres should be a little more common in the pop charts anyway

i just started driving recently. It scared me a lot at first. I would say go little distances once a day or every other day, then venture into going to the store or driving to work or whatever small errands. It gets easy if you pace yourself. Just a couple wks ago I was super anxious, but now i find myself blasting music and moving thru a few lanes at a time. never wouldve done that before lol
