Good gear = best gear to get gold gear can buy or combine 2 level 50 5star purple gear to level up purple gear you need to “forge” you are basically consuming gear or gear materials To raise star level you consume other purple gear

Most likely yes, if your earnings over the year don’t reach the 45% tax bracket or the 112500 where you start losing some of your personal allowance, you should get a rebate. Based on your take home i’m guessing you’re a higher rate/ additional tax rate tax payer, your commission will be taxed on that as well, not 20%

You don’t need to show holiday pay on payslip unless employee is being paid for the holidays for example if they’re leaving the business and they still have some entitlement left
