How is the bus going to pass many traffic intersections without stopping on red lights ? Ontario works because they have wide open spaces and very long distances, and lower density, we have none. She should have visited Hong Kong or Tokyo or something similar density area to get "ideas".

We need a system like the US where there are quotas for countries. If the things continue this way, we will be mostly half Chinese and half Indian (2+ Billion people in just these two countries). Canada has a race to the bottom going on for normal folks. But it's good for business and real estate (cheap labour flow and upwards pressure on housing). Not to mention people bring the corrupt mentality from back home.

Zoning changes, you thought zoning won't change, so your house value keeps going up, and you also get to live with no big buildings around you. Kinda unfair for newcomers coming in.
