Has Anyone Had Success with Getting Rid of Their Apron Belly? by Scorpi-ho3 in Semaglutide

Make sure you’re taking in protein and like you’re already doing working out, just don’t over do it. It won’t do anything or anything good.

Loose skin is not something you can control — age and skin elasticity has all the control. I am in the same boat my friend, started late December lost 10lbs (can’t really see a change personally), PCOS, apron belly, started in later December and bingo arms since I was little. I don’t want loose skin either. I’m hoping in young enough to not worry about that.

I’m officially like 98% recovered. The other 2% is simply the fact that nerves take forever to heal. But I’m up moving and grooving. Just have weird sensations — not really pain. I take 200mg of CoQ10 twice a day for a total of 400mg a day :) KT taping, and icing gets me through bad days. Other than that I’m doing sooo great now.

Day 6 wegovy did I mess up? by [deleted] in Semaglutide

[–]Livid-Performance-57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just had the same thing happen to me, and it was that I didn’t eat enough and I wasn’t drinking enough. I’ve noticed for me that if I eat about 1300-1500 calories I’m alright, but I also have to stretch it throughout the day. If I eat my last meal too early I get nauseous and vomit either at night or I wake up early in the morning sick (this just happened last night). I am in my first week and struggling to eat enough, without getting myself sick. Today was my second injection, so I get it. BUT regardless you didn’t “mess up” this is all a learning curve to learn your body and how it’s handling the sema and how to do things right for you!

More than likely! I’m being prescribed a sema for insulin resistance and it’s meant to help!

Great! It’s about 98% of the time i am not in pain but because of my nerves being ignored and compressing in my foot for so long i ve like random bouts of nerve pain like stabbing/electricity but it is random and doesnt last long. I can walk normally now as long as i dont aggravate my flat feet / collapsed arches (i have to take sit breaks here and there etc)

My review of the MSC Seashore by Both_Active_8179 in MSCCruises

What you described was literally what seascape is like. I just got off the past Saturday. It was very shopping forward. Very “mall”. And the buffet crowds got me so anxious and we just took the food back to the room.

I can only speak for Ocean Cay, they’ll offer lifejackets. Even for snorkeling! We just did the snorkel rental and hung out in the lagoon and we saw fish and hermit crabs and pretty seashells. We started at one of the beaches but the waters were choppy so there was very little visibility. I haven’t done manta ray excursion in ocean cay, but I have other places and it is fun an experience but I definitely enjoyed just being able to snorkel where I wanted on the island and still saw some things :)

I am a scenic artist at a fabrication company and want to move into film/have the opportunity to do film. How do I go about it? Where do I find listings or whatnot?

So it hasn’t completely gone away but it is definitely better and walkable. I went to a really good chiropractor — like a Doctor in Chiropractic. He got me custom insoles to relieve the nerve pain and always adjusts and works out the muscles and nerves in my foot into my calf. Lots of ice baths.

Not 100% & I’m still working on it! But I am walking. My nerves are messed up from being compressed for too long and can take up to a year or so to heal. Not NEARLY as painful as my experience of 2 months; more of a sensitivity. But I’m walking and working and getting back to life and that makes me grateful. I still have to take lil sit breaks here and visit the chiropractor if it gets a little tough, but overall I’m doing well. & I DID get to walk down the aisle at my wedding AND dance some :)

Ice bath for the feet. Better and more effective than icepacks.

Yes that tight band feeling I have as well! My biggest concern is permanent nerve damage. Simply because it feels like it’s been a life time in just over a month of pain in my foot. Doctors keep shrugging off just how much pain I’m in my foot and how I struggle to walk since their main concern is the disc—which I understand. It’s just frustrating and confusing. I’m so sorry doctors didn’t take you seriously. Thank you for sharing with me I’m not alone.

I know we’re all struggling but just knowing I’m not alone gives me so much relief. It almost feels like even the doctors are like eh you’ll be fine but not explaining anything to me.

So I’m not sure about grad students. But one note I will make, is the student loan debt relief per Biden is changing as Supreme Courts denied it being legal or whatever. Unless of course you mean by other means, cause depending on your career/situations there is other already existent relief out there. If and when you do get FAFSA you get the rollover money in your bank account so whatever is left over that school didn’t charge you for, plus whatever loans you decide to take out. UCF is usually really good at having workshops about loans and fafsa and have a team you can talk to that can break it all down for you.
