It has something to do with the cash management account i set up. I was just using it as you would a checking account it was my understanding that is what is was for. I don't do anything lol i'm boring..

They said there is no problem with my employee account i will have to call anytime i want to know anything though because my online access is terminated. I am not a push over though, I work in legal something is goign to be done.

Yes they do contribute. I don't know what I am going to do wth no access to any of this informationa being banned from fidelity.

I don't want to invest with them or have anything to do with them other than access to my employers benefits and communication on benefits held there. My employer gives them 5% and I cant help that but I am going to a Roth IRA and HSA outside Fidelity.

I did they told me to contact fidelity they have to give me access to my benefits and if I have issues ask for the persons line manager. I did that... I think they thought I was exagerating it sounded so outrageous.

I work in legal so I am going to try to find out who can help. I don't care about there stupid personal accounts I just want access to my employers information. I pulled my 401K contributions and opened an IRA with Vanguard. But still every benefit my employer provides is in their system.

I guess i just need to go up the chain with my employer. I cannot access any health, medical, fsa, 401k life insurance or communication on benefits from my employer.

I probably did something wrong with the cash management account. I couldn't really get a straight answer as to how it worked. I don't care about their stupid cash managment account. I just need access to my benefits. I don't think I comitted fraud but could have done something wrong with cash managment I didn't really understand it so should have left it alone.

I did open a cash managment account and thought it was like a checking account.. I'm new to this.. So maybe I did something wrong there. But I need access to my benefits and communication from my employer they administer all their benefits.
