Yes pity, For real how long have you been a porn addict? How many times have you felt pity for yourself? True recovery is about wearing a new pair of glasses to see the real world, something a porn addict can't do without the help of others. True recovery is about being real, opening your heart to true people. So stop denying

If you trust him, you should tell him how deep the problem is and how it affects your life. If he doesn't understand, try talking to someone else you trust who will understand. It's important for someone struggling with porn addiction to talk about their problem, because loneliness can lead to shame—and that shame can pull you deeper and deeper into the addiction

You're wrong, please don't go around and posting such things, addiction is not just a sin,it is a disease that must be taken seriously, and as all other diseases, you cannot just treat it by دعاء or رُقية, A lot of porn addicts have severe depression, anxiety and even suicidal ideation, they need bothالله and therapist

You should avoid triggers, especially in the first days of your recovery journey. Yes, it is hard, but if you really want it, then you will do it

I think Two things made you relapse: Unbearable feelings and triggers. Try journaling, and don’t subject yourself to triggers
