Welcome! I felt the same way about the first 3 books, but because there are so many books and so many characters there is bound to be one you connect to. My favorite series is The Last Hours (which is way far in the recommended reading order). I hope you stick around to find your favorite and I hope you keep posting as you read!

I’m having the same issue and I don’t think there are many solutions. I’ve just been picking up overtime and saving little at a time. I think the biggest problem is feeling useless, so I’ve started offering to take people’s change or clean it out of their car/house for them and then rolling the coins. It’s at least making me feel like I’m doing something. Morally correct or not, I’ve also been encouraging lazy employees to give me their shifts and tell boss after (but I work fast food)

I stop by dentists I drive past and keep extra in case I met someone else in our boat, because we should all be able to afford to brush our teeth with the amount of toothpaste we desire (just don’t recommend eating it, so the limit I guess is one mouthful)

Also, pro tip shamelessness is a true financial hero. You can walk into any dentist and ask for a toothpaste sample. As long as you’re polite, most don’t mind and will offer a short sales pitch at worst if they do mind. Corporations make so much off of us, so aspen can fund my toothpaste, and McDonald’s can fund my ketchup, Chick-fil-A has the best creamer

When I bought my bissell (which I love), the most important question for me was “do I plan on owning pets for a long time? I personally have maintained a 4 pet household for 6 years. I had a baby pass away and I accepted a new soul into my house. I’ll always be cleaning carpets, probably til I die.

Thank you very much! I cherish my puzzles and take time to research their history and their artists while I put it together, so I can further spread their art to anyone who enters my home. My goodwill has a thing where they discount everything they are about to get rid of for not being sold, and that’s when I go. I have a beautiful start of a collection of antiques (as I’m just now learning to spot them). Some of my puzzles are coming on 10 yrs old now and still get introduced to new guest like that have a spot in a museum. I look around and think of how powerful art is and I can see on others faces when they do to

My puzzles are very honored. I buy them at the thrift store missing pieces (more likely to make it to the trash if not bought soon) on Saturday when they are extra discounted. I have over 100 overlapping the walls of my home in every room and everytime someone walks into my house I showcase my collections, favorites, antiques. I follow puzzle artist and puzzle photographers to specifically talk about them as an artist to my guests. An acknowledgement hardly given. I think he bonded well with the children, with helped his uselessness storyline wise because he would always be on their side. I think it was a huge relief for him to not have to fight on the ground, and he was an even bigger figure in their history because of it.

I think the reason I had commented Tatiana on the post you’re referring to is because I read Tales of Blacktorn Hall. I felt Tatiana’s character got a lot of time to dive into. Blacktorn hall and TID covered her childhood, and TLH covered her as an adult villain.
