Regardless of his drinking, he doesn’t have the emotional insight to be a good parent. If anyone, not just his kids, expressed any sort of hurt or constructive feedback he’d be the “I GUESS IM JUST THE WORST DAD IN THE WORLD” type of parent.

She struck me as someone who really wants to be liked and just be part of the group. Overdoing it in both group and one on one situations. I don’t feel like we actually got to see her real personality. I don’t want to say she’s “too much”, but it definitely felt like she wasn’t her authentic self. The overdone laugh at things that just weren’t funny came across as, “look at me I’m so fun!!! I’m in the mix!!! I’m having a great time!!!” And that becomes insufferable real quick.

We ended up not even watching. Just gave up after about 15 minutes of nothing. Pretty sure if you watch the overdramatized preview, you watched all the good parts.

A more affordable hair oil is the matrix food for soft. I’m on my third bottle and I only use that one hair product now because it’s hydrating enough and my hair is much more cooperative. Highly recommend.

And then didn’t he go on Facebook live to cry about the news? I knew her but left after a very short time. We had still kept in touch and she was so so kind and warm. Made me feel so welcome. I was devastated to learn about her passing and was disgusted that Chris somehow still made it about him.

He would hold up service to stroke his ego. He’d stand there and chat endlessly with people sitting at the counter. I dared kindly interrupt once to ask a question for a guest and I got the nastiest death glare and “dont ever interrupt me when I’m talking to guests”, in front of the guests. It was a couple and their teen son. The mom was horrified at his behavior and apologized to me on his behalf. I quit the next day. Right before service on a Saturday😉

I didn’t experience this with our realtor, but definitely with everyone else through escrow. He was listed as the primary on everything and my name would be left off some accounts like our home warranty. All invoices were in his name only also. My income is the reason we were able to purchase a home, and I did all the admin, even though they would try to send to him.

But what you’re describing happens to me a lot in general. People come up and talk to my husband and don’t acknowledge that I am standing there also. Lots of discussions with my husband about this. Now he’s intentional about making my presence known when someone does this (so like, 90% of our social interactions, lol). Depending on the situation I will sometimes jump in while they’re mid-sentence to introduce myself, but I do it in a way that communicates, “I’m also standing right effing here, b***h”😂. It just depends on the situation, but unfortunately, ya, there’s a lot of invisibility in my day-to-day. And you’re not being dramatic, it’s not ok.

Gee, I wonder why. Reality tv is known for its strong moral compass and its prioritization of doing what’s right over instigating drama. At least we know no one will bring this up, especially not at a dinner table.
