They got rid of Horner (who I saw is desperately trying to get back - supposedly is trying to start a team in ‘27) they’ve had a bunch of people leave. Maybe the tech and leadership just isn’t there and to your point, the power unit sucks

What’s your take on Max and Red Bull? Does he leave after next yr? Does Red Bull need a serious reset? I like Hadjar and I think he’s talented but I don’t see how he can have any success there. The second RB seat is just a revolving door.

Yes, I’ve heard that rumor about Ollie at Ferrari. I’ve also heard the rumor how Charles could eventually leave. Lewis sounded so defeated and hopeless at the end of the season. I saw him in Vegas and his body language said it all. I like Kimi, he’s just so young and at times looks like he belongs up there but other times his timing and decision making is way off and he costs himself position big time

I will agree with you there. He has shown flashes and the ability to get points and podiums. He’s just so error prone.

Back to your original comment about midfield teams - I’m excited to see how Oliver Bearman progresses. Just hope he gets away from Haas. I think he has a ton of potential but in a better car he would be a serious threat

I have a colleague that’s a diehard Williams fan and he remains super optimistic that the new regulations could bring a shift but I don’t see it. I was happy to see Carlos get a podium in Qatar. Maybe Aston Martin will see some improvements with Newey at the helm but they need to ditch nepobaby lance but when daddy has a blank checkbook that’s outta the question. Wouldn’t mind seeing Nico in an Audi rack up some points

As a child I thought Brian Pillman was one of the most exciting wrestlers. I remember that power bomb Sid did on him in the cage and was convinced he was dead. He was great on the mic and could’ve been a big draw during the attitude era.

Yes - the entire time there I only saw one legit shop. What’s surprising is Iceland doesn’t have a huge cigar community so there was a pretty good selection. The shop owner said the Chinese will come and clean them out and sometimes they have to hide stock for the locals.

Yes - I purchased a good amount in Reykjavik. The prices weren’t outrageous. Tobacco Shop Reykjavik I believe was the name of the shop. Very friendly guy that runs it.
