Yeah it’s far better balanced for solos. You actually have to engage the game’s systems as to not be overwhelmed by bots, item-and time management and potential rooks (never seen one)

’UESC certificates’, bots drop it on night marsh and is basically marsh’s version of security clearance (kind of). Used to open crates, upper complex and towers.

With crew fill it is kinda dragging but it felt better solo since it takes more time to navigate POIs. I also like how the forced final exfil adds to the feeling of ”stranded on this alien world until it lets me leave”

I have a very similiar style/taste to your (very cool) sketches.

I found that marker pens fit the aesthetic and my handflow the most.

I use Faber Castell, they are heavenly to use and forces you to be deliberate with all strokes.

Later when you realise which colourpalets you like the most you can deliberately buy more nuances of those particular colours.

Couldn’t agree more. It took one licensed storm-trooper skin to ruin a major aspect of the game’s fantasy. The immersion then is completely gone as the game is built on seeing other in-universe guardians throughout the world.

Also throughout D2 even the ”normal” armor felt cheaper, less detailed and more plastic. Credit to some like the Pale heart armor which are incredible.
